1 - Click one of the below links to download and install our Remote Support Software:
2 - Once the download completes, click on the file you just download to launch the installer (accept all defaults during the installation)
3 - Once the installation completes, click on "Provide One Time Access". You'll be provided with an Access ID and Key.
4 - Call our number and or send us an email including the Access ID and Key (contact info is just to the right of this screen)
